Pre-Registration is Required

Before July 21st, please submit the mandatory Pre-Registration Form provided below for each child planning to participate in FUMC’s Vacation Bible School.
Then click HERE to print a Permission and Release Form for each child. This form may be dropped at the church office in advance or brought to the VBS Registration Desk when VBS begins.

Vacation Bible School Pre-Registration Form

All children are required to pre-register for the 2026 Vacation Bible School session planned for July 27-30 at the Quitman First United Methodist Church. Submit this Pre-Registration Form on-line or print and drop it at the church office on or before before July 20th. You may also print and bring a completed Form to VBS on the first morning of Registration.
