Pre-Registration on or Before July 20th is Required

Two Forms are Required:

Please complete the mandatory Pre-Registration Form provided below for each child planning to participate in FUMC’s Vacation Bible School. It can be either submitted through the link provided below or printed and delivered to the church office by July 20th.
Also, click HERE to print a Permission and Release Form for each child. This form must be signed and delivered to the church office by July 20th.

Vacation Bible School Pre-Registration Form

All children are required to pre-register for the 2026 Vacation Bible School session planned for July 27-30 at the Quitman First United Methodist Church. Submit this Pre-Registration Form on-line or print and drop it at the church office on or before before July 20th.
